Computers are sweet but...

So here's the whole store and the (very possible) end result:

I am shopping for a laptop computer. As a web designer/graphic designer I am always in the need for a computer and I came to the conclusion that a laptop with WiFi would be the best thing for me. I shopped Amazon and found a killer Sony Vaio K23 for $600.

GIVEAWAY NUMBER 1!

I was scheptical at first, too, so I emailed the person and they told me that it was in good shape and was new and still had the warranty and everything. I was amped until they told me that they didn't accept Paypal or whatever Amazon uses. They wanted to use a wire transfer.

GIVEAWAY NUMBER 2!

They gave me the account and routing number that I had to transfer the money into and I went to the bank and deposited the money. 3 days went by and I didn't hear from him. I emailed him. 2 more days and another email. 2 more days and another email. I started thinking that I was never going to get this dumb computer. I started contacting Amazon which was of no help since we didn't use their checkout system. I called the person who I thought that I bought the computer from and they told me that I need to call the police, FBI, and bank that I send the money through. I did all of those. I called the FBI today and the Secret Service and they told me that it's pretty much impossible for me to get all my money back. So after:

1. The Person I thought sold me the computer


2. The local Police


3. The FBI


4. Secret Service


5. and 2 Cop friends...

it doesn't matter because I am never going to get that money back. I think that I am going to go to the casino with $100 and see what I can do with that. Last time that my cousin Nick went, he came home with over $7000. I want that. I want $7000. Whatever. I hate the internet. I am going to go work my job in internet sales now...

Day 1 and I already want to kill someone

So yeah,
Here we are. Last week I bought a computer online and I am like 90% sure I got scammed. I am now using all my resources to get my money back. That's all that I have to report as of right now. I'll let you know when we get further into the mess that is "online retail kingdom".
