School makes you want to drop out of school...

Yeah, it's true.

I took a test the other day and I thought that I knew it. I had my little sheet of facts that I could bring and was set for the onslaught. So I am taking this test and it's nothing too special, Descriptive Astronomy, my last GenEd class. I get to the end and there are these (rediculous) math problems. I get my calculator out and the batteries are dead. I have had this calculator since I was in 10th grade math and now, in my 5th year of college, they die. I should have seen this coming. So I break out all my long division skills and multiplication skills and I'm counting on my hands and the whole nine yards, right?! So I get the test back on Monday and I get a 25/200. I will go ahead and do the math for you here. It's a 13%. Great. I tried to make it seem like it was no big deal and I just kind of shrugged it off, but it totally is. Grades like this make me want to just give up and get a job and quit school. It's nuts. I hate going in that class now because all thought of me having an understanding of this class are now out the window. I totally hope that someone cheated off of me. Suckers.
